Conny has worked for Buhler for 18 years and her role and responsibilities have been focused on the Human Resource Management over the past 10 years for Buhler’s operation in Asia Pacific with a clear focus on China that covers 9 major operation sites and 3000+ employees.
Her responsibilities include supporting the ambitious business development plan of Buhler in the region in the following three HR aspects: Culture, organization and people.
Lindy has over 20 years of experience in various business roles including HR, working for BP and Air Liquide before joining Oerlikon Metco as Area HR Head for North East Asia. Lindy is in charge of the planning and execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Oerlikon business strategy in NEA, and she is driving the organization’s development and people development projects in the company.
Allen is the Vice President Human Resources at Rieter (China) Textile Instruments and manages the overall provision of HR services, policies and programs for Rieter in the China region. Allen looks back to 28 years of working experience, which include 23+ years in HR management in foreign invested companies and five years of application engineer experience.
Alfonso Troisi, an Italian citizen, is the Business Executive Officer of Nespresso Greater China, based in Shanghai, where he moved back in June 2013. Alfonso is also the President of SwissCham Shanghai. Prior to Nespresso, Alfonso was Head of Marketing for Metro Cash & Carry Asia, based in Singapore, where he developed and rolled-out a new customer strategy for the Retail and Wholesale business, covering countries such as Japan, India and Vietnam.
Lily is the head of CBC Executive Search, which belongs to the CBC Group. Lily oversees a team of professional HR consultants that help foreign companies recruit key local and international personnel in the Chinese market, mostly with technical background. She also serves as HR consultant for foreign companies and their HR departments. Lily joined CBC in 1995 when the company was set up in Shanghai.
