Karel Eloot: Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, Karel co-leads the Global Metals & Mining Practice and focuses on industrial transformation, technology enablement, and sustainability. Based in Shenzhen, he has led major initiatives across China and Asia and is a key figure in McKinsey's Industrial IoT and Lighthouse Networks.
