Founder of Zer'O Waste ShanghaiThe Zero Waste Journey started as a personal challenge but quickly transformed into a larger movement in Shanghai. She started by teaching workshops (DIY compost bin, Cleaning products, ...), but later was able to work with larger institutions to make an impact and work towards a more sustainable and green way of living. The company is Shanghai based, and offer workshops, consulting services and seminars. Alizée has been living a (close to) Zero Waste Lifestyle for almost four years now and has led over 80 workshops in Shanghai and worked with over 10 companies towards the circular economy.

Specialist Stress Counsellor at LifelineAns Hooft is a Life Coach / Specialist Stress Counsellor / Job Coach from the Netherlands. After 20 years in HR and recruitment in The Netherlands, China and South Africa she decided to focus on one-on-one coaching. She has a private practice in Shanghai since 2011.
She is also a volunteer with Lifeline Shanghai, the anonymous, confidential English-language helpline and online chat service. Apart from manning the helpline, as the Recruitment Manager she is in charge of recruiting and selecting new volunteers.
Besides her coaching practice she is a Consultant for NetExpat, the worldwide leader in Career & Life Transition programs for relocating families.
