Victoria Hoang currently serves as the Digital & IT Head for Asia and China at Bristol Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company. Vicki directs the strategic roadmap of key digital initiatives for R&D, commercialization and enterprise-wide initiatives. She built a team of solution analysts, technologists, and leaders who design the capabilities to meet the dynamic nature of business in Asia and China.
Victoria has over 20 years of experience in life sciences and management consulting. She serves as a mentor to entrepreneurs in several start-up incubation programs, and often shares her journey with early career professionals.
She holds a MBA from NYU Stern Business School and a BA from Wellesley College. Vicki currently lives in Shanghai where she serves as the president of the Shanghai chapter for Wellesley alumnae and is an active member of Ladies who Tech in China.
Isabel Shu holds a Master of International Business and a Master of Economics from the University of Sydney, Australia. She has been engaged in photovoltaic solar energy production and manufacturing for more than 10 years, and is a talented entrepreneur of continuous entrepreneurship.
In 2018, she founded "Tiger Solar" in Thailand, building a total of 2GW of fully automated solar module production capacity, mainly for the US, European and Southeast Asian local markets.
In 2022, she moved to Shanghai and founded "CyberBee", a brand that develops and produces intelligent robots for automatic operation and maintenance of solar power plants.
Her years of entrepreneurial experience in a complex environment have given her an extraordinarily keen insight and risk judgment of the industry, and she prefers to do things that really create positive value and meaningful in the future.
