Beacky joined PwC since 2012 and has 8 years of professional experience in providing tax and business advisory services.
Her experience includes providing tax and business consultations to clients in their various investment stages in China, including health check, tax due diligence and tax advices on operation and restructuring including cash repatriation out of China.
Beacky has developed extensive knowledge in serving clients in various industries, including real estate, semiconductor, hi-tech industries, automobile, retail trading and other general manufacturing.
Beacky passed China National Judicial Examination (China Bar Exam). She is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).

Maggie, Zhang Wen, Senior Deputy Supervisor of International Banking Dept. of Bank of Shanghai, is in charge of the International Desk team. She promotes the bank’s collaboration with both government agencies and various professional service organizations, extending strong support to enterprises either ‘going out’ or ‘bringing in’ to realize their goals of globalization. Ms. Zhang graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor degree of Insurance. She has over 24 years’ experience in banking business, including more than 18 years’ experience in marketing and business management for corporate customers. In October 2014, she was responsible for building up the International Desk team, and has been the team leader since then. Till now, the team has provided banking services or advice to more than 1000 cross-border enterprises, most of which are foreign-funded ones.
