The Netherlands is a small, stable and prosperous country. Sharing of knowledge and collaboration are pillars of its economic success formula. Still, working with Dutch people may be less simple than you would think. During the breakfast meeting 'The Dutch Mindset' you will hear things you always wanted to know about Dutch business culture.

For who?

This interactive introduction is specifically designed for Chinese professionals who want to improve the effectiveness of communication and cooperation with their colleagues and business partners from the Netherlands.

What will you learn?

We will look into various business ethics, where and why they differ from Chinese practices and how to interpret these.

Find out how you can avoid basic pitfalls by improving your cultural awareness. This introduction allows you to both recognize and address cultural unfamiliarity with Dutch values and norms.

This meeting is sure to put a smile on your face!
