Philippe Snel

Philippe Snel is founder and managing partner of De Wolf Law Firm and started his China practice in 2001. He has been a member of the Brussels Bar (Nederlandse Orde der Advocaten Brussels) since 1997.
Philippe has assisted numerous foreign investors to establish, develop and operate their businesses on the Chinese market. He mainly advises in the fields of corporate law, compliance and technology transfer.
Additionally, Philippe teaches Intellectual Property & Technology Law at the Shanghai Normal University (Finance & Business School) and is active in several professional and educational organizations such as the Benelux Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (BenCham), the Lycée Français de Shanghai (LFS) and Sinnolabs, a business accelerator for European technology companies in China. He is fluent in Dutch, French and English and conversational in Mandarin and German.
Wang Gan王干

Gan Wang is a partner at Da Wo Law Firm Shanghai. He is in charge of the firm’s Corporate & Tax practice. He holds a LLB and a BA (French language) from Wuhan University (China) and studied at the Law Faculty of University of Clermont-Ferrand 1 (France). He continued his legal studies at Fudan University in Shanghai (China) where he obtained a master’s degree in International Law. He passed the China Bar examination in 2008.
Gan assists with the setup and development of Asian enterprises in France and Europe as well as European companies in Asia. He has extensive experiences with foreign direct investment in China, Chinese outbound investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and Sino-foreign joint-ventures. He also specializes in tax law regarding cross-border operations, M&A transactions, restructuring, reorganization, financing, and withholding tax optimization, offering counsel to companies as well as individuals. Gan is trilingual in French, English and Mandarin. He is also fluent in the Wuhan dialect.
孙亮 Sun Liang
Founder and CEO of Generate Bvba孙亮是钊亮(Generate)公司的创始人及总经理。钊亮（中国）公司自2013年起帮助欧洲企业在中国拓展业务。从今年起，应中国客户要求，孙亮在比利时设立了钊亮（比利时）公司并在鲁汶设立办公室，作为欧洲总部，帮助中国企业在以比利时为中心，在欧洲范围内增加销售业绩，拓展及管理经销渠道。
孙亮来自上海，工作语言为中文和英语。他于比利时安特卫普大学及安特卫普管理学院并获得经济学及商科两个硕士学位。通过欧洲一支有管理的佣金制销售代表团队，孙亮及他的项目管理团队协助中国公司在欧洲拓展业务。
Sun Liang is the Founder and CEO of Generate, a turnkey business development solution provider helping European company generate sales in China since 2013. Since this year, Generate has set up their entity (Bvba) and operation in Leuven, Belgium as the European headquarter, helping Chinese companies generate sales and manage distribution networks in Europe.
Sun Liang is an English and Mandarin Chinese bilingual Shanghainese. He holds master degrees from the University of Antwerp and the Antwerp Management School. Sun Liang has generated sales for his clients via a managed network of business professionals.
