Managing Director of Heineken China (including Hong Kong, Macau)Jacco van der Linden has been with HEINEKEN for 19 years in various international management positions within general management, marketing and sales at HEINEKEN China, HEINEKEN UK, Nigerian Breweries Plc., HEINEKEN International, HEINEKEN Ireland, and the HEINEKEN Export Group.
• Born in 1972 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands
• Led a life full of travel since the first year of life, has lived in 14 different cities around the world and worked in over 10 different countries
• Holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, a post-graduate Strategic Marketing from Michigan University, and a post-graduate in General Management from Wharton University
• Has been with Heineken 19years in various international management positions
• Appointed Sr. Area Export Manager of Heineken Export Group in 2001 with overall commercial responsibility for 23 markets in North-, Central and West-Africa
• Joined HEINEKEN Ireland in 2003 as Marketing Manager Heineken
• Appointed Global Brand Director Amstel and member of the Management Team of Group Commerce - Heineken International in 2006
• Appointed Marketing Director Nigerian Breweries Plc. and Executive member of the Board of Directors in 2008
• Joined the Management Team of HEINEKEN UK as Marketing Director in Jan 2012
• Appointed Managing Director China (including Hong Kong, Macau) in August 2015
• Married to Eline and they have two children, daughter Marlijne (9) and son Jurre (7)
