Ronald Drieduite
General Manager Asia at Lotus BakeriesRonald started his career at Heineken, where he fulfilled different commercial roles in the Netherlands, working at Heineken headquarters on International Customer Development and for the Board of Directors, and finally becoming a Managing Director of Global Duty Free and Travel Retail at Heineken International.
In 2003 Ronald joined Unilever as Sales Director and worked on the successful integration of the food, home & personal care and ice cream businesses (Unilever One). In 2006 he decided to move to Ireland and after the integration of the UK & Ireland business Ronald became board member with the end responsibility of the total business in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
In 2009 he joined Lotus Bakeries as General Manager for the Netherlands (Koninklijke Peijnenburg. In 2011 Ronald joined the Executive Committee of Lotus Bakeries as COO responsible for Belgium, the Netherlands, France, UK and operations in Europe.
In 2013 he moved to China to set up and lead Lotus Bakeries China by taking back the business from their distributor and to further develop the Lotus Bakeries business in China. In 2015 Lotus Bakeries acquired their distributor in South Korea and has transformed this business into a Lotus Bakeries company. Currently Ronald is the General Manager Asia – Offices, lives in Seoul and works in South Korea and China.
