Managing Partner at TPC LeadershipTamara worked as a director within Royal Philips Electronics and managed cultural and organizational change programs both in Europe and Asia. She worked on both strategy as well as implementationin various functions, ranging from an MT member of a sales organization to a function lead.As the Managing Partner of TPC Leadership in Greater China she is responsible to lead the regional business and an international team of consultants. In addition, she works on a wide range of leadership solutions andcoaches leaders and teams. She builds awareness around their leadership & behaviour, their impact on others and how they are influencing the systems around them. Customers are both Asian and Western and all have in common that they work in a multi-cultural environment and are facing either personal or business changes.
