Project leader for the Chinese part in negotiating and completing a divestment and restructuring by an European leading provider of technical services of a certain parts of Chinese testing and certification business.
Dispute concerning the termination of a joint venture between a global tier 1 automotive supplier and a local partner. Participated in arbitration proceedings in Vienna and obtained a favor-able ruling from the Chinese Supreme People’s Court.
Dispute on copy right of art works, representing globally active cultural institute in the court proceedings including hearing at the Chinese Supreme People’s Court, successfully rejecting all claims of the plaintiff.
Dispute on product liabilities against world’s leading nutrition products manufacturer, advising and representing the client in series of lawsuits and governmental investigations.
