Lucy Lei conducts leadership advisory work in executive coaching & facilitation, team performance workshops, executive assessment, leadership development, change management, strategy setting and organizational design. Apart from leadership advisory services, she also conducts searches for CEO and senior executives and board members, in various business sectors with a focus on industrial and consumer goods.
Prior to Eric Salmon & Partners, Lucy spent 25 years of her career path in corporate life. She has worked for various MNC companies in Belgium, Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore, to build up a strong track record and experience as a senior executive. Lucy was CEO Asia and Group Board Member for a Belgian family business, General Manager Asia for a Nasdaq listed company, VP Greater China for a Hong Kong listed MNC and two BU head roles for a German MNC. This strong business background has led Lucy to bring expertise to our global leadership advisory practice and to work with organization across industries.
Her coaching clients include many C-level executives in China & Asia. She also designs and conducts workshops using Team Coaching and facilitation methodology integrating knowledge of executive coaching, organizational design, team dynamic, leadership dynamics with her business executive experience.
Lucy is ICF accredited executive coach and holds many other credentials for leadership and team dynamics programs. She holds MBA from Antwerp University, Master’s degree in International Economic Law from Shanghai Maritime University, Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Dalian Maritime University. She graduates from Australia AICD Board Governance program.
Lucy is part of the Executive Board at the Benelux Chamber of Commerce Shanghai since 2014, past President of IPWS (International Professional Women’s Society), visiting professor at Dalian Maritime University and corporate mentor for SISU MBA. She is also one of the initial group of mentors for the Mentor Walk Organization in Shanghai since its inception in 2014.
