Nathaniel is an experienced American lawyer with a focus on cyber and data law. He has a background in computer science and engineering, and over 10 years of public and private legal experience, the last four of which have been in Shanghai.
Prior to entering legal practice, Nathaniel worked in software design and cybersecurity for a large multinational, a startup, and the US Government. In his current position as a cyber and data
law specialist at DaWo Law Firm, he brings both these bodies of knowledge to bear while helping companies navigate the evolving cybersecurity compliance and data protection landscape in China and worldwide.
