Founder and creative director of Maison Pierre MarcoliniFounder and creative director of the Maison that takes his name, Pierre Marcolini is renowned for his outstanding expertise and his passion for creating the world’s finest chocolates. An international multi-award-winner by 30 years old, Pierre Marcolini was crowned “World Pastry Champion” in 1995.
Pierre Marcolini broke with two centuries of chocolate-making tradition by inventing new techniques and approaches. Since then, he has been pushing the boundaries of the craft of chocolate-making and raised it to the art of Haute Chocolaterie.
His pioneering “bean to bar” philosophy is specific to Maison Pierre Marcolini and involves perfecting every step of the chocolate-making process, from the planting right through to the creating. This rigorous attention to detail is what lets us produce such unique chocolate. Our search for the ultimate chocolate requires total respect for the bean in its most natural form.
November 2015, Maison Pierre Marcolini was appointed Official Supplier to the Belgian Royal Court.
