Andrew Zhang is a Senior Partner at Duan & Duan Law Firm, specializing in corporate restructuring, compliance, and dispute resolution. With over 20 years of experience in corporate law, Andrew advises multinational companies on cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory risk management in China. He has provided long-term legal counsel to global clients, including Fortune 500 enterprises, helping them establish effective governance systems and navigate complex compliance challenges.
He has also led major research projects commissioned by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. In recent years, Andrew's work has also focused on data compliance, e-commerce regulation, and practical compliance frameworks for multinational operations. He brings all this experience to this session on building corporate resilience under China's new Anti-Unfair Competition Law.
