How can you start using the E-CNY? What is the new technology behind the E-CNY? What is the future of the E-CNY, what other design are possible? Does it use blockchain technology? What is the difference between the digital RMB and cryptocurrencies? What are the EU and the US doing with their digital Euro and digital Dollar?
