The Benelux Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai is proud to introduce its 2023 Legal Training Programme aimed at providing valuable legal insights to businesses operating in the Europe and China. The programme features a series of bi-weekly training sessions conducted by esteemed legal experts from DaWo Law Firm Shanghai, Shaohe Law Firm and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. These sessions are designed to enhance participants' understanding of various legal aspects concerning commercial contracts, contract termination, cross-border data transfer, IP registration and protection, and marketing regulations in China.

Case studies and analysis sharing will present how to distinguish between different types of data-related actions, how the Chinese system might appear similar and in what ways is different with the Chinese but also the EU model of data protection.
