Company Visit to NIO (蔚来)

The Benelux Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with NIO, is pleased to invite you to join us on a company visit to NEO PARK on July 25, 2024, in Hefei.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore the production site of NIO, the renowned global smart electric vehicle company, located in Hefei, Anhui province. This day-long event will provide insights into the key factors behind the company's success, including a visit to the NIO House and a chance to take a test drive.

We'll meet at Hefei South Railway Station (exit gate) at 9:46 AM. The Benelux Chamber has booked transportation from Hefei South Railway Station to NIO.

- 10:45-11:00 am: Arrival at NIO House & coffee (self-pay)

- 11:00-11:15 am: Tour of NIO House and NIO Life showroom

- 11:15-12:00 pm: Company presentation + Q&A

- 12:15-1:15 pm: Lunch at the canteen (self-pay)

Afternoon Schedule:

- 1:30-2:30 pm: Test drive (only with a valid Chinese driving license)

- 3:00-3:45 pm: Factory visit & Power Swap Station

- 4:30 pm: Bus to train station

Suggested Trains:

- G598 from Shanghai Hongqiao at 7:55 am, arriving at Hefei South Railway Station at 9:46 am

- G1727 from Hefei South at 5:58 pm, arriving at Hongqiao at 7:54 pm

- Participation is open to Benelux Chamber members and non-members (Benelux companies in the manufacturing sector). Non-member registrations are subject to approval.

- Indicate your interest in the test drive upon registration. A valid Chinese driving license is required to participate in the test drive.

- Train tickets and lunch are not included in the ticket price.
