Ticket Refund Policy

All tickets can be refunded until 24 hours before the starting time of the event unless otherwise mentioned in the ticket price. Please be aware all BenCham fapiaos are send by mail within 10 working days after the event.



Please note that the Benelux Chamber of Commerce Shanghai (as the host of the event) will take photographs/videos at events (online and offline) and might post these on BenCham public webpages and or social media platforms in order to create visibility and share content related to events.
