Art & Design Unfiltered: A Closing Salon on "Solar Flare, Lunar Tide" (D&C IPG Event)

Intention & Goal

As the exhibition "Solar Flare, Lunar Tide" concludes, we invite artist IKKY LIN and four distinguished guests for a roundtable discussion on "Boundaries and Symbiosis: Art and Design."

Panelists include:

• YIFEI – Curator of the exhibition, Auctioneer, Art Institution Planner
• Dr. Fang Xiaolong – UK/US-based Artist, Curator, Doctor of Fine Arts
• Min Wei – Interdisciplinary Artist, Designer & Architect
• K.D. Hsu – Founder of Design Onboard Studio

The conversation will explore how art and design intersect - from industry trends and everyday integration to the role of design in engaging the public. The discussion will also reflect on how the exhibition's artworks interact with the minimalist space of the Belgian House to create an immersive aesthetic experience.

This salon aims to offer an open, professional platform that sparks new perspectives on the future of art and design through multidisciplinary dialogue.
