The Benelux Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai warmly invites all members to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). This annual gathering provides a moment to reflect on the past year, review financial and operational developments, and look ahead at the Chamber's strategic goals.

During the meeting, members will also vote to elect the new Board of Directors for the upcoming term. Your participation helps ensure a strong and representative leadership for the Chamber.

Following the formal session, members are welcome to join a relaxed networking segment, offering a chance to reconnect with peers, meet new members, and engage in informal conversation over light refreshments.
