The Benelux Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai warmly invites all members to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

The AGM is an important moment for our member community to come together, review the Chamber's progress over the past year, and discuss the priorities that will shape our direction in the year ahead. The meeting will include an overview of key activities, financial and operational developments, membership updates, and the Chamber's strategic focus for 2026.

Members will also be invited to vote in the election of the new Board of Directors. This is a key opportunity to help shape the leadership and representation of the Benelux business community in Shanghai.

Following the formal proceedings, members are welcome to continue the evening with a networking buffet. This informal setting offers the chance to reconnect with fellow members, welcome new faces, and exchange perspectives with peers across the Benelux-China business community.
