Established in 1913, SORSA is an NGO that aims promoting unity among scholars living in and outside China, fostering friendship among them, carrying out academic and information exchange and promoting cooperation. More than 50 chapters of SORSA have been set up.

There are more than 1000 returned scholars from Benelux with expertise in a wide range of disciplines and professions. The establishment of Benelux Chapter of SORSA will provide the platform for the members to strengthen the cooperation and create potential business opportunities between China and Benelux.
