This seminar will analyze recent enforcement trends and regulatory developments by regulatory authorities such as the Cyberspace Administration of China and the State Administration for Market Regulation, with a focus on compliance obligations under the Personal Information Protection Law and the AI governance framework.
This seminar will select several typical cases of improper AI marketing, personal information breaches, and recent data leakage incidents involving luxury brands as research cases, analyzing the impacts on multinational companies in terms of data management, cross-border data transmission, regulatory accountability, and the lessons to be learned. We will share relevant considerations regarding cross-border data transmission to overseas headquarters, conducting impact assessments of personal information protection, and compliance management of AI applications, to safeguard businesses' innovation and legal compliance in digital marketing.
