Jacob Johansen is the inventor of Radical User Centricity - a series of principles for innovation, business transformation, and digitalization that has inspired companies in and outside China to apply a new perspective on their operation and offerings. He introduces these principles in the book "From Customer to User".
Jacob Johansen has been based in Shanghai for 20 years. He has supported entry, transformation, and growth initiatives for more than 50 domestic and international brands and companies. Before his current position as Principal at PwC China, Jacob Johansen has worked in international advertising and later in strategy and innovation consultancy.
