The Sino-Benelux Entrepreneurs Cooperation Forum under the theme of The New Perspectives and Opportunities of Sino-European Cooperation under Belt and Road Initiative will take place after the SORSA launching Ceremony.

Mr. Jan Peter Balkenende, the former Premier of the Netherlands, will attend the event and deliver the keynote speech on the topic of “Opportunities and Impact of Belt & Road Initiative: A European Perspective”.
After the keynote speeches there will be a panel discussion with the topic: "New Perspective and New Opportunities".
